To ensure a comfortable stay at our facility, please read and follow the instructions below.
・Number of guests
The maximum capacity is 7 people.
Please refrain from allowing anyone other than the number of people declared at the time of booking to enter the room. If there are any changes, please be sure to contact us in advance.
If an additional guest is admitted without permission, an additional fee (equivalent to one night's stay) may be charged.
・About using equipment
You are free to use the kitchen utensils and equipment in your room.
After use, please return the equipment to its original location so that the next user can use it comfortably. Please refrain from taking home any equipment provided within the facility, such as towels, tableware, or bedding.
・Manners in the guest room
Please note that shoes are strictly prohibited inside the guest rooms. Please remove your shoes at the entrance and wear slippers.
For consecutive nights, cleaning and sheet changes will not be provided during your stay.
・About bringing pets
We sincerely apologize, but we do not allow pets.
・Safety
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or troubles that occur within the facility.
If there is any damage to the building or facilities, we may charge you the actual cost of repairs.
・About the natural environment
Our facility is located in an environment surrounded by nature. Insects may appear depending on the season and weather, so please use the provided insect repellent spray. We cannot be held responsible for insect bites or other injuries. Thank you for your understanding.
・Fireworks and noise
Fireworks are prohibited.
Hand-held fireworks may be enjoyed with due consideration given to safety, however, as the area is surrounded by forest, we ask that you refrain from using them as much as possible.
Additionally, the facility will not be held responsible for any trouble that may arise with neighboring residents. If a report is made, you may be asked to leave the room.
・About lost items
If you have left something behind, please contact us by the day after check-out.
Please note that after that time, we may dispose of your items for hygiene reasons.
